Some common complaints during this pandemic: Bread is sparse; yeast is sparse; all-purpose flour is sparse. I have good news: You can make bread with 2 ingredients that I have seen available in the stores! Keep on reading for a lesson on how to make 2-ingredient dough
You may have heard of the mystical, magical 2-ingredient dough. It’s a favorite in the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) community because it’s lower in calories and carbohydrates than traditional bread; in other words, it’s “low in points.”
Honestly, though, tho cares right now?! This is all about feeding ourselves and each other. This dough is perfect for pizzas, breadsticks, biscuits, buns, bagels, and more. I do not suggest making a traditional loaf of bread, but you can make pretty much everything else with it (including air-fried pop-tarts).
Let’s get to the recipe!
